Cancellation Policy

Confirming your holiday implies that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to Travel Architect’s Cancellation Policy. The cancellation charges applicable will be as outlined below:

·         If cancelled 15 days before the travel date: You will be charged 50% of the total cost of the holiday.

·         If cancelled 10 days before the travel date: You will be charged 75% of the total cost of the holiday.

·         If cancelled 5 days or fewer before the travel date: The full cost of the holiday will be charged and is non-refundable.

Additionally, please note that the Travel Architect’s convenience fee for online purchases is non-refundable under any circumstances.

General Conditions

·         Hotel standard check-in at 1400 hrs and check-out at 1200 hrs.

·         Prices may vary due to changes in costs from hotels, transportation departments, or new government taxes. Rates only include items specified in your itinerary.

·         Special holiday rates apply within the specified validity dates for the specified room category. These rates are subject to change if the stay period or room type changes.

·         Rates during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events are not included; a surcharge will apply.

·         Rates are not applicable during blackout periods such as Durga Puja, EID, New Year’s, Christmas, or long weekends.

·         Final pricing will be based on the rate of exchange (ROE) at the time of booking confirmation.

·         No refunds will be given for unused services.

·         Any changes to the itinerary or accommodations after booking are subject to a price difference and must be paid by the guest.

·         Shortened stays or early check-outs will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

·         No amendments (e.g., name changes, date changes, hotel changes) can be made once the booking is confirmed.

·         Guests must follow the rules and regulations of the hotel or resort.

·         Travel Architect reserves the right to make slight itinerary adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances; guests are requested to cooperate.

·         The maximum waiting time at the airport is 80 minutes from the flight’s touchdown; delays beyond this may incur additional charges.

·         For itinerary changes, please notify our transport manager at Travel Architect at least 72 hours in advance. All requests are subject to availability.

·         Tour availability is dependent on time and weather conditions.

·         In the event of a vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided, though time lost will not be compensated.

·         City or resort fees, tourist taxes are not included in the holiday price and are payable directly to the hotel.

·         Room availability is strictly subject to availability and current offers may be limited in time.

·         Guests are expected to adhere to tour and transfer schedules. The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private transfers.

 

In the case of immigration or visa issues, full cancellation policies apply. If airfares are included, they are subject to change and are non-refundable.
